In fact making of glass is truly a concept of chemistry because the procedure leads the materials to under go complete physical change. As it has been said earlier that glass been manufactured by human being since last thousands of years. Yet the traditional method of making glass has been kept alive down the centuries.

The basic ingredients for making average glass are san soda and lime which re fused by melting with the help of high degree temperature. the materials are kept in a specially built vessel and put it in the kiln to thaw the materials. More in addition, minerals like sulphur and cobalt is used for creating colored glass. Above all broken glasses or the cullet are mixed with the other reserves to speed up the melting process.

The liquefied emulsion is now ready to blow in to into various shape and sizes. A blow pipe is required for blowing the defrosted glass. The blow pipe is entered from the side of 'glory -hole' into the puddle of molten glass solution over the kiln. The required amount of the solvent is collected from the merge and piled at the end of the pipe. If the the gob is blown now, a curved urn may be brought in to being. Then the glass is cut from the blowing pipe by a sharp tool. Like wise glass article can be created by blowing and structuring by molding tools and wooden scull. The shaped articles are then placed in an oven which anneals the object and toughens it to put it in use.
